1:ORDERS

We strive to create the freshest dog treats and because of this there may up to a week of processing time depending on how busy we are at the moment. Please remember that this is a one-woman business and plan accordingly if you need your treats or products by a certain date. I work my hardest to get your products made to a high standard and shipped as quickly as I can. Thank you for your patience when ordering from me.

2:SHIPPING

Like many other businesses affected by Covid-19 delays, please be patient with shipping. I am unable to do more than track a package. If for some reason your order is damaged upon arrival, I will gladly remake and send the order to you. Our goal is to get your goodies to you and your pup in a timely order and strive to make sure that your experience from store to your door is a happy and pleasant one. 

3:GIFT SHIPPING

All orders are currently wrapped in kraft, black, white or green packaging depending on the product. If your purchase is a gift, please note this at checkout and I will ensure that the products are completely wrapped and are not visible. If you would like to include a message in one of my greeting cards to have shipped with your order to the recipient, please let me know and I can accommodate that request.

4:RETURNS

Because of the handmade nature of our treats and clothing, most products are unable to be returned. Please look at return policies on each item for a more detailed policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to me over email. Whiles returns cannot be accepted for most items, there may be something that can be done regarding your order. After all, we hope to make lifelong friends from each purchase and make Grumble Goods a place you will return to for your dog treat needs.
